Screening & Background Check

Background Checks are required every 2 years for all individuals working in a youth program that may have direct contact with minors. Contact Baylor Human Resources for management of background checks. 

In addition, Program Directors must obtain a pre - employment screening for all new external applicants and verify before work can begin.

Individuals who fail to meet both the screening (external employees) and  background check requirements are prohibited from participating in a youth program.
