Funding sources include Baylor internal grant programs as well as externally funded
grants from government agencies and private foundations.

and the competitive Grant Development Program, which provides intensive, one-on-one
proposal development assistance from a professional grant writer.
Work with OSP staff who help ensure all institutional and sponsor
requirements are met and assist with submitting proposals to sponsors.
Submit research protocols for review by applicable compliance committees.
Compliance committees help faculty and the university maintain compliance
with applicable federal and state laws regarding research involving animals,
recombinant DNA or human subjects. Compliance staff can also assist with mandatory
training related to responsible conduct of research and conflicts of interest.
