The Department of Religion seeks an Academic and Student Support Associate. This position specifically supports the mission by planning, performing and assessing the administrative functions of the Graduate Studies Office with a high degree of professional competence and interpersonal skills.
Ph.D. required. The Department of Religion seeks an assistant or associate professor of the history of Christianity. The successful candidate will have a vibrant research agenda in both the study of women and gender. Preference will be given to scholars who focus somewhere between the Early Modern Era and the present. Strong preference will be given to scholars who are active in the Baptist tradition.
Ph.D. required. The successful candidate will be familiar with Christian theology and ethics and preference will be given to those who have experience teaching, researching, publishing in an interdisciplinary context, and participating in collaborative research initiatives. Specific area of specialization is medical ethics, bioethics, or health care ethics. Preference will be given to candidates who are active in the Baptist tradition.
