Learn to Live​

•Learn to Live is a digital mental health program that can help you get your mental health on track​

•Online assessment will identify programs that focus on stress, anxiety, worry, depression, social anxiety, and more​

•An expert coach is available by phone, text, or email to help you learn to adjust unhelpful thoughts to reach your goals​

Catapult Health – Virtual Checkup​

•Free to members of the Baylor University Medical Insurance Plan (BCBSTX)​

•You may complete a virtual checkup that includes a virtual consultation with a board-certified Nurse Practitioner​

•Virtual checkups include depression screening, medication review, and a comprehensive personal health report​
