Baylor Help Desk

The Baylor Help Desk is staffed Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The Help Desk can be reached via:

You may also:

  • Search the Knowledgebase. For full access to the self-service solutions, log in with your BearID and password.
  • Submit a Ticket for the Help Desk. You may submit a ticket at any time, however tickets are reviewed only during normal business hours.

If you are experiencing an outage, check Baylor's  Information Technology Service (ITS) Down line by dialing 254-710-3696 (DOWN). You will be connected with the DOWN line where we report the status of known campus IT outages.
