Preferred Local Hotel Program

Procurement Services has established master contracts with local hotels to provide a preferred local hotel program that benefits our travelers and guests of the University. The University's negotiated rates with the preferred hotels listed below are maximum rates. Lower rates may be available depending on market conditions. In some cases, we have been able to negotiate added values and extra amenities for our travelers if they choose to stay at one of our preferred hotels.

Making Reservations

Individual Reservations (9 room nights or less): Baylor employees and guests can utilize the hotels booking link provided in the table below, or make reservations directly by phone using the booking code: "BAY".

Group Reservations (10 room nights or more) can be made by calling the hotel directly by phone, and working with the hotel to complete the following forms. Group rates may differ.
