Merry Christmas from Baylor

"And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth." - John 1:14 (NKJV) -

Just as the three Magi were guided by the Star of Bethlehem in their journey to see the infant Jesus, today the Baylor Family is traveling toward Christmas morning with our hearts aglow and our horizon illuminated by the hope found in the lordship of Jesus Christ. Our joy as Christians is rekindled each Christmas as we celebrate the birth of our Savior.

This past year has been filled with so many moments – memories that enliven and sustain us and opportunities that shape and mature us as His people. God continues to bless Baylor as we strive to fully achieve the University’s potential to serve as His hands and feet in the world. Christmas offers an opportunity for us, as the Baylor Family, to give thanks for life’s blessings and to recommit ourselves to His service. As a University, Christmas calls us to celebrate the opportunity we have to live out our mission of educating men and women for worldwide leadership and service and look forward to a future filled with hope and promise.

From our family to yours, may the light of Christ grow ever brighter in your soul during the holiday season and throughout the year ahead.

The First Gent Brad, our daughter Shelby, and I pray that God will make His presence known to you and your loved ones this Christmas and fill you with the peace of His eternal love throughout the coming new year.

Sincerely,

The First Family and Mema
