The Baylor Bridges program connects Baylor alumni who are health care professionals and current Baylor prehealth students to build a community focused on advancing and enhancing education, research, global outreach and mentorship. This program is designed for Baylor University students interested in pursuing a career in medicine or other health related professions.

Engaged Learning and the Future Workforce
A recent Baylor University—Texas Business Journals survey revealed optimism about the 2020 Texas economy, and plans to expand the workforce in the years ahead. The survey, which featured responses from nearly 600 Texas business leaders, has sparked conversation about innovation, the economy and insights into university-industry research partnerships.

Baylor will be test optional. Students unable to submit scores will be reviewed holistically to receive the pre-med/pre-dent designation.
Baylor will be test optional for the 2020-21 admissions cycle. If students are submitting test scores, students must earn a 24/1180 in order to be pre-med/pre-dent. If students apply without test scores, they will be individually reviewed for Pre-Med approval based on their high school academic record.

Meet a Mentor: Incoming Freshman Mentorship Program
PreHealth Mentors is a group of upperclassmen PreHealth students who are responsible for mentoring other PreHealth students, creating and providing resources to support PreHealth students, and integrating freshmen into the PreHealth community.
