POSITION: Assistant to Full Professor of Nursing (4 positions available)

QUALIFICATIONS: A doctoral education (Ph.D., Ed.D. or D.Sc.) in nursing or related field and an active research agenda are required for tenure track appointments. Candidates must be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Texas.
RESPONSBILITIES: Responsibilities for these tenure track positions will include teaching and related scholarly work; research; and service to the university, the faculty member’s professional field, and the community. The areas of responsibility will vary according to the faculty member’s specialty area and specific assignment. Excellent opportunities for collaborative research with area healthcare agencies exist.

Candidates must have at least one graduate nursing degree with a clinical focus. Excellent opportunities for practice partnerships with clinical partners exist.
