Please take time to consider investing as a member of our Student Leadership Team, an Orientation + Baylor Line Camp Leader, an Orientation Intern, or member of our Hospitality Crew! [ Orientation + Baylor Line Camp Leader ]

Take advantage of this great opportunity to grow in your leadership and community engagement skills while investing in friendships and introducing the class of 2023 to all that Baylor has to offer! Orientation + Baylor Line Camp Leaders provide a welcoming and consistent message to new students throughout the summer during Orientation and Baylor Line Camp. A successful Orientation + Baylor Line Camp Leader will help generate excitement in new students about attending Baylor while providing strong points of connection during New Student Programs' two premier summer programs. (Note: If you have served as an O+BLC Leader in the past, you cannot apply for a second time. Please consider one of the other fantastic leadership opportunities below).

[ Student Leadership Team ]

If you have served as an Orientation + Line Camp leader in the past and you would like to continue to invest in Orientation and Baylor Line Camp then our Student Leadership Team is for you! This unique leadership opportunity offers students the space to dream, craft, imagine, plan, implement, and invest behind the scenes in Baylor Line Camp. Work with New Student Programs professional staff during the fall, spring, and summer semesters to make Baylor Line Camp all it can be! [ Orientation Intern Team ]

As a member of the Orientation Intern Team, you will have the opportunity to invest in a variety of areas, such as: coordinating setup and logistics for Orientation events, arranging Orientation Leader work schedules, managing Orientation check-in procedures, organizing and coordinating materials for attendees, and so much more. Interns will work up to 40 hours/week for the entire month of June. Orientation Interns will not be required to live on campus over the summer. [ Tradition Leader Team ]

Be part of the Welcome Week team that helps shape the official beginning of each student's experience as a Baylor Bear! As a member of the Tradition Leader Team, you will lead alongside a fantastic group of your peers to provide an excellent programmatic and logistical support to Welcome Week through the training and supervision of a student staff, preparing Welcome Week materials, and offering assistance with staffing and management of Welcome Week events! [ Hospitality Crew ]

Enjoy working as a part of a small team of students dedicated to serving behind the scenes in support of Orienation and Baylor Line Camp! Students who join our H-Crew team will work up to 40 hours/week from late May through the end of July, investing in various tasks both on campus and at Independence, Texas. Students who are enrolled in summer classes at Baylor can work up to 20 hours/week; while students who may be taking summer classes from another institution can work up to 40 hours/week. H-Crew team members are not required to live on campus over the summer. For more information regarding H-Crew positions, please email Keane Tarbell.
