| Description | Biff McGuire serves as CEO and Managing Partner of UDC Global LLC and N3 Real Estate. He has over 20 years of diverse real estate experience. Mr. McGuire formed UDC Global LLC in 2007, with its acquisition of N3, as the US based real estate division of United Development Company of the Netherlands. In 2008, Mr. McGuire led UDC’s formation of a $1 billion retail development fund to finance and own national credit tenant net lease retail real estate. Mr. McGuire is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day execution for the development, ownership and management of UDC/N3’s $300 million real estate holdings. Prior to joining N3, Mr. McGuire was CEO of a National Real Estate Consulting Practice and before that a Partner for a Big Four accounting firm in Dallas, Texas. Mr. McGuire holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baylor University in Waco, Texas and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. The luncheon will begin at 11:30 at Joe T Garcia's and end at 1 o'clock.
