Dr. Alex Thiltges has been teaching French at Baylor for eleven years. He was born in France, got his Ph.D. at la Sorbonne-Nouvelle, and has been teaching at UT Austin, UCLA, and UCM. He is the author of Amérique des Ecrivains en Liberté (Albin Michel Editions). When he does not work, he loves to cook French food, go on bike rides, play guitar, and feed what he considers to be the most exotic animals on earth: Texas squirrels.
