Meet Our LCG Leaders

LEADERS: Rich & Cheryl Gochis

Hi All! We are Rich and Cheryl Gochis.  Rich is the Physical Therapist at Baylor and has been in that position for 12 years.  Cheryl is the VP of Human Resources and has been in that role for 5 years.  We are both Baylor graduates and met while undergrads in 1991. We have three children, Drew 21 (senior at Baylor), Jacob 19 (sophomore at Baylor) and Hannah 16 (sophomore at Midway High School).  We both like to run and be outside (we’re warm weather people).  We also both enjoy reading and traveling.  We have taught a Young Married Sunday School class at First Woodway for 11 years.  Additionally, we have been on several mission trips through Woodway.  Rich took our boys to India in 2012 and Hannah and Cheryl went to Morocco in 2016 and Chile in 2017.

We are so excited about this trip and being a part of two things we love….Baylor traditions and missions.  We will be praying that our days in Guatemala will be filled with joy and grace and that we can serve Him with love.
