Baylor Files Suit Against Former Coach

WACO, Texas - Baylor University believes it is appropriate and necessary to protect its rights under the terms and conditions of its written contract with former head men's basketball coach Darrel Johnson. Therefore, Baylor University has filed suit against Johnson in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas. In that suit, Baylor seeks to hold Johnson responsible for losses sustained by Baylor as a result of Johnson's conduct of the men's basketball program.
