Baylor to Host Exhibit of French World War I Posters

A display of French posters, prints and books depicting World War I will be on exhibit in the Martin Museum of Art, located in the Hooper-Schaefer Fine Arts Center at Baylor University. The exhibit will run from Sept. 5-Oct. 21.
The items to be displayed are from the private collection of Dr. Jere Langdon Jackson of Stephen F. Austin State University.
Various artists are featured in the exhibit, including Lucien-Hector Jonas, D. Charles Fouqueray, Jean Jacques Waltz Hansi and Adolphe Leon Willette.
The hours of the Martin Museum of Art are from 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Tuesday-Friday and 12-5 p.m. on Saturday.
