Baylor Summer Commencement Scheduled for Aug. 12

Baylor University will award degrees to an estimated 500 students during its summer commencement exercises at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 12, in the Ferrell Center.
Baylor President Robert B. Sloan, Jr., will give the charge to the students and will present diplomas to about 330 undergraduate students and more than 150 graduate students, including 24 doctoral candidates.
Mary Ila Colvin, retired lecturer from the School of Music, will be the bearer of the mace.
