Baylor University Observes Thanksgiving Holiday

Due to the Thanksgiving holiday, Baylor University will not hold classes Nov. 25-29, and other university facilities will modify their hours.
Residence Halls will remain open during Thanksgiving for students with a need to remain on campus, but will provide only limited, and in some cases, no services. Standard in-session services will begin at 1 p.m. Sunday Nov. 29. The Arbors, East Arbors, Brooks Flats, Fairmont, Gables and North Village will not be affected and will remain open throughout the holiday.
The Moody Memorial and Jesse H. Jones libraries will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 25. The libraries will close on Thursday and Friday and reopen from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 28, and will return to normal business hours on Monday, Nov. 30.
The Collections of Political Materials in the Poage Legislative Library will be closed Nov. 25-29 and will return to normal business hours on Monday, Nov. 30.
The Legal Research and Tech Center will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 25, and will close on Thursday, Nov. 26, and Friday, Nov. 27. The center will reopen from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 28, and return to normal business hours Sunday, Nov. 29.
The Texas Collection will close at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24 and will resume normal operating hours Monday, Nov. 30.
The Baylor Law School will remain open on Wednesday, Nov. 25, and will close on Thursday, Nov. 26 and Friday, Nov. 27.
The McLane Student Life Center (SLC) will close at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24 and will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 25 through Saturday, Nov. 28. The center will reopen from 4 p.m. to midnight Sunday, Nov. 29, and return to normal business hours Monday, Nov. 30.
The Mayborn Museum Complex will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 25. The museum will close all day Thursday, and reopen with normal business hours on Friday, Nov. 27.
The Baylor Bookstore will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 25 through Sunday, Nov. 29, and will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, Nov. 30.
All residential restaurants will close at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 24 and resume normal hours on Monday, Nov. 30. Chili's Too and Starbucks in the Dutton Avenue Parking Facility will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 25, through Saturday, Nov. 28. They will re-open Sunday, Nov. 29 with normal business hours.
The lower and first floors of the Bill Daniel Student Center will be open from 6:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25. The center will be closed all day Thursday, Nov. 26 but will return to normal business hours Friday, Nov. 27.
Marina Recreation Center will be closed Nov. 24-29.
The Armstrong Browning Library and the Wiethorn Visitors Center will be closed Wednesday, Nov. 25 through Sunday, Nov. 29.
