Acoustic Café is back for its second installment this semester and invites members of the Waco and Baylor University community to grab some free coffee and listen to five Uproar Records artists at 8 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, in the Den of the Bill Daniel Student Center on the Baylor campus.

Acoustic Café is a student production hosted twice a semester by the office of campus programs and sponsored by student activities. This event, which is free and open to the public, will feature Haley Barnes, Jon LeBlanc, The Trio, Anthony Carillo and Sam Pomeroy.

Acoustic Café is in partnership with Uproar Records, the Baylor University's on campus student run record label, will focus on global and social issues. Uproar Records was started by a group of music and entertainment marketing students.

Acoustic Café books its artists through the Uproar Network, a database of musicians on campus that gives students the opportunity to perform on campus.
