The Baylor University Symphonic Band will present its final program of the school year at 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 28, in Jones Concert Hall. The band also will perform Morton Gould's Ballad for Band and an engaging march, l'Inglesina (The Little English Girl), by Davide Delle Cese.
Following intermission, the Symphonic Band will perform Vincent Persichetti's Symphony No. 6 for Band and then conclude the program with Morning Star, a lyrical work from 1997 by David Maslanka.
