Tommy Woodard and Eddie James, together known as The Skit Guys, will be performing at Baylor University during chapel services at 10 and 11 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 6, in Waco Hall.

The comedy duo is recognized for their unique blend of improvisation and drama that they use to teach God's Word. Over the last 15 years, they have been sharing their modern take on Scripture with students across the nation.

Woodard and James have been best friends since high school and share a love for impacting lives through performance. "Who would have thought that God would choose to use two buddies from high school who were in drama together for His Kingdom?" James wrote in his online biography.

The Skit Guys also have written a variety of skits about Christian issues that are available for download on their website. They recently released a book on improvisation called Instant Skits and are expecting their newest book, Skits That Teach, to be released later this year.

The Skit Guys say that they are "humbled" when others perform their skits and that they continually "thank God for the opportunity" to encourage people about having a relationship with Jesus.
