HSA Annual Banquet To Feature Emmy-Winning Journalist

Baylor University's Hispanic Student Association will host its 14th annual Heritage Banquet at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct.11, on the fifth floor of the Cashion Academic Center in the Hankamer School of Business. The guest speaker for the banquet is Emmy award-winning journalist Sandra Guzman.
Guzman is the former editor-in-chief of Latina Magazine, the first national, bilingual lifestyle magazine targeting the Hispanic American woman. She has more than 10 years experience in broadcast, newspaper, magazine and Internet journalism.
The theme for this year's banquet is "Una Ventana a Nuestro Mundo" (A Window Into Our World).
Tickets are $6 for members of the association and $12 for non-members and may be purchased at the ticket office in the Bill Daniel Student Center.
