A china painting class will be held on three Saturdays -- Sept. 15 and 22 and Oct. 6 -- from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Gov. Bill and Vara Daniel Historic Village on the Baylor University campus.
Local porcelain artist Dianne Moore will teach the basic techniques of china painting as students paint a porcelain piece over the three-week class period. Paint supplies and porcelain are included in the $50 supply fee. A registration fee of $30 for the class also is required.
The registration deadline for the china painting class is Sept. 7. Future craft classes include basket weaving, felting, natural dyeing and woodcarving.
