Shale Horowitz To Speak On Middle Kingdom March 29

Dr. Shale Horowitz, assistant professor of political science at the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, will speak at 4 p.m. Thursday, March 29, in room 116 of the Draper Academic Building as part of The Council for International Education's Global Issues Lecture Series.
Horowitz's lecture, "Adaptation and Performance in Transition Economies," will feature information on post communist countries that are dealing with economic changes. Horowitz also will discuss price liberalism, market adaptation and privatization in countries such as China, Mongolia, Poland and Russia.
