Outstanding Faculty Recognized At Baylor Commencement

Baylor University recognized nine faculty members who were named the recipients of Outstanding Professor and Teaching Awards, during the university's commencement ceremonies Saturday, May 13, at the Ferrell Center in Waco.
Honored as outstanding faculty were Dr. Donald L. Gaitros, School of Engineering and Computer Science, Tenured Professor Award; Dr. Pauline T. Johnson, Louise Herrington School of Nursing, Tenured Professor Award; Dr. Andy J. Moore, professor of English, College of Arts and Sciences, Tenured Professor Award; Larry T. Bates, School of Law, Non-Tenured (tenure-track) Teaching Award; Emily A. Ketcham, Hankamer School of Business, Non-Tenured (contract or lecturer) Teaching Award; Thomas M. Featherston Jr., School of Law, Scholarship Award; Jacquelin Neatherlin, Louise Herrington School of Nursing, Scholarship Award; Dr. William H. Bellinger Jr., professor of religion, College of Arts and Sciences, Scholarship Award; and Dr. Russell H. Dilday, George W. Truett Theological Seminary, Significant Contributions Award.
Recipients were nominated by fellow faculty members and selected for recommendation to the provost and president by a university-wide committee.
