Baylor Hosts Community College Conference Oct. 20

Baylor University will host the seventh annual Community College Faculty Conference, a combined project of Baylor's College of Arts and Sciences and School of Education, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Friday, Oct. 20. in the Bill Daniel Student Center. Dr. Chester Hastings, professor of educational administration at Baylor, will serve as conference director.
Conference presentations will focus on a variety of topics, including intellectual property, utilizing the internet for instruction, strategies for the challenging student, God in the classroom, partnerships and grants and more.
More than 150 faculty members teaching in community colleges across Texas are expected to attend.
The conference fee is $30 and includes lunch.
