Bi-Annual Steppin' Out Set for Oct. 30

Steppin' Out, Baylor University's bi-annual day of service, will take place from
8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Oct. 30. A celebration of service at Minglewood Bowl on campus will conclude the event.
Juniors Kellie Lenz and Ryan Willard will serve as co-directors this year. Approximately 120 job sites will be available for the more than 3,000 students, faculty and staff who are expected to participate. We're encouraging everyone to attend and "to help more people in the Waco community," Lenz said.
Students are soliciting donations from area restaurants, such as Ninfa's and Buzzard Billy's, to provide food at the celebration of service, which is expected to draw about 2,000 people.
