'Two Tenors' to Perform at Chapel Oct. 27

October 26, 1999

The Two Tenors will perform at 10 and 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 27, at Baylor University during Chapel Forum.
Barry Craft, an international operatic tenor, and Jeremy Vaughan, a Christian contemporary artist, make up the Two Tenors. Every week the group performs classic and upbeat contemporary Christian music to church and concert audiences around the world.
Craft has sung in Command Performance for the Queen of England and other heads of state. Vaughan is a senior University Scholar at Baylor. He composes his own music and accompanies his partner with both piano and synthesizer.
Annually, the Two Tenors perform at more than 100 concerts throughout the world. In the summer of 1999, they performed 48 concerts within a two-month tour of Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Hawaii.
