Former Texas Gov. Mark White has had to cancel his Traditions Week appearance at Baylor University's Chapel-Forum on Wednesday, Feb. 24, due to the flu.
White's wife, Linda Gale, told the chaplain's office this morning that the former governor "regrets that he will be unable to attend" and hopes that he will be able to share Baylor memories next year.
White earned his B.B.A. from Baylor in 1962 and his law degree in 1965. He served as Governor of Texas from 1983-87.
