Baylor Thanksgiving Worship Service Set for Nov. 19

Baylor University's annual Thanksgiving Worship Service will be held at 8 p.m. Thursday in Miller Chapel in the Tidwell Bible Building.
Rev. Julie Pennington-Russell, pastor of the Calvary Baptist Church in Waco, will deliver the message, titled, "More Than Enough." Baylor President Robert B. Sloan Jr. will welcome the congregation and will deliver Thanksgiving reflections. In addition, Dr. Steven G. W. Moore, vice president for student life, will give the invocation, and student body president Gannon Sims will provide the benediction. Baylor 21, directed by Dr. Hugh Sanders, will provide the music. Members of Kappa Chi Alpha sorority will serve as ushers.
The service is a traditional event in which the Baylor community shows its thankfulness for the blessings received during the year.
