Cabaret Features Baylor Showtime!

October 26, 1998

Baylor University's Cabaret, a musical comedy show, will be held Friday, Nov. 6, at 8 p.m. in Jones Theater in the Hooper-Schaefer Fine Arts Center.
This year's show will once again feature Baylor's ShowTime!. For the past two years, ShowTime! has been the main attraction, according to Leta Horan, director and faculty member of the School of Music. The group's choreographer is Jerry MacLaughlin, an instructor in theater arts program at Baylor and McLennan Community College.
The 1998-1999 ShowTime! consists of 12 members. The repertoire for this year's Cabaret includes the famous "It Don't Mean A Thing If It Ain't Got That Swing," and a special tribute to George Gershwin.
Tickets can be purchased from the Baylor Alumni Association for $7.50, and the show is open to the public.
