Baylor Transfer Council to Hold All-University Costume Dance Oct. 30

The Baylor University Transfer Council will host the Phat Pumpkin dance, an all-university costume dance, from 8-11 p.m. Friday, Oct. 30, at the Cameron Park Clubhouse located off University Parks Drive in Cameron Park.
This is the third year for the dance, and the price is $3 per person at the door. Music will be provided by a disc jockey who will play a variety of top 40, rhythm and blues, country and swing music. Prizes will be given for the best costume, and refreshments will be provided.
The Baylor Transfer Council is made up of 15 members who plan events directed toward the 500 transfer students attending Baylor this year. Other activities planned include a neck-tie auction, nursing home visits and a highway clean-up.
