Marlene S. Waco Tribune-Herald: Jubilee Market pilot program makes milk more accessible for SNAP participants
Jubilee Food Market, a nonprofit grocery store sponsored by Mission Waco, is launching a pilot program in partnership with the Baylor Collaborative on Hunger and Poverty that fully offsets the cost of milk for customers using SNAP.
