WACO, Texas (Dec. 1, 2015) – It’s about that time of year to break out the warm scarves and sweaters for a few magical winter nights on Baylor’s campus.
Christmas at Baylor will kick off at 6 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 3, with Christmas on 5th Street. The time-honored tradition hopes to bring to life a quote by W.T. Activities include horse-drawn carriage rides, pictures with Santa, Carols from Around the World, a petting zoo, pony rides, a live nativity scene, Baylor Religious Hour Choir Concerts, a Christmas tree farm, the Christmas Marketplace and the annual Christmas Tree Lighting.
At 9:45 p.m., Relient K and opener Andrew Ripp will perform at Waco Hall to celebrate the 50th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting. Admission is free to students and $10 to the public. Tickets are available here.
