Wonderful World of Horses to Perform at Ferrell Center Jan. 11

WACO, Texas - The Wonderful World of Horses starring the renowned Spanish riding school of Vienna, Austria will perform at 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 11, at the Ferrell Center. The equestrian troupe, on its 28th anniversary tour, will present a new production, "An Evening in Vienna."
The Spanish riding school is known world wide for its Lipizzaner stallions performing their spectacular leaps. Once used by riders to protect and defend themselves on the battlefield, the "Airs Above the Ground" maneuvers now are considered a ballet on horseback.
Through the years, more than 23 million people have seen this internationally acclaimed equestrian spectacle. Tickets for the Jan. 11 performance are $12.50 for adults and $10.50 for children 12 and under and seniors citizens 60 and over. A limited number of VIP seats are available at $16.50.
