Baylor Hires New Choir Director

Daniel P. Eady, a May 1996 Baylor University graduate, has been hired by Baylor as director of the Baylor Religious Hour Choir (BRH).
Eady is responsible for directing the BRH Choir as well overseeing several other choirs within the Baylor Baptist Student Ministry (BSM) and coordinating all music for BSM activities.
Eady was a member of the BRH Choir while a Baylor student and served as a pianist and treasurer for the group. Eady also served as pianist and director for Baylor's Master's Touch Choir as well as director of the Fisherman's Male Chorus.
Graduating with a 4.0 average, Eady was a member of numerous national honor societies at Baylor and was named outstanding senior graduate at Baylor.
The choir travels and sings at numerous Texas Baptist churches throughout the year which Eady said he would like to continue. He also would like the choir to have an impact on the Baylor campus.
"We want to have more of a ministry to the student body as well as the churches," Eady said.
