Four Uca Cheerleading Camps to Be Held This Summer

Baylor University will host four Universal Cheerleaders Association (UCA) camps this summer. The first camp will run from May 26-29 followed by camps from May 30-June 2, June 12-15 and July 29-Aug. 1. The June 12-15 camp will be specially designed for Christian cheerleading squads.
Instructors for the camps will be provided by the UCA, the largest cheerleading company in the nation. The camp is open to cheerleaders in the fifth grade through seniors in high school.
Participants will receive in-depth instruction in new cheers, sideline chants, pompom routines, tumbling, conditioning, safety and private coaching sessions each day.
A mascot's camp will run simultaneously with the cheerleading camps for school mascots.
Cost for the camp is $102 for commuters and $179 for campers, which includes room and board.
