Baylor to Host Hosei University July 28-Aug. 18

Baylor University will host 29 students and two leaders from Japan July 28-Aug. 18 as part of the Hosei University program.
The students will study many areas of American culture, including history, religion, social and family studies, and youth culture. The students also will learn conversational English.
The students will travel to several recreational and historical spots, including San Antonio, Frontier Camp in Grapeland, the Ballpark in Arlington for a Texas Rangers baseball game, and Six Flags Over Texas. The students also will visit Columbus Avenue Baptist Church and the Waco Lions Club. In addition, the students will enjoy a homestay for three nights.
After leaving Baylor, the Hosei students will travel to the Grand Canyon and California before returning home.
Students will stay in residence halls and will eat in the cafeterias.
