Baylor Chapel Welcomes Charlie Hall

November 18, 2003

by April K. Martin, Student Newswriter

Baylor University welcomes worship leader Charlie Hall for Chapel at 10 and 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 19, in Waco Hall.
Hall started his music career in junior high, and soon devoted much of his time to reading the Bible. Hall was inspired by a worship event he attended in Oklahoma City, where he first observed people truly worshipping God through music. Shortly thereafter, Hall set out to impact the world.
Hall used his talent to lead worship for a group of college students that grew into Bridgeway Church. Hall continues to serve the church today.
Hall also joined the Passion movement headed by founder Louie Giglio. Hall has led conferences all over the nation as well as in many countries around the world. Several conferences have been recorded and released later on albums. Hall has been pinned as a "voice" for the Passion movement.
Hall has produced albums such as "Porch and Hall," "Passion: Sacred Revolution" and his most recent, "On the Road to Beautiful."
