Calvin Smith To Lead His Final Mammoth Class

Calvin Smith, former director of Baylor University's Strecker Museum and chair of museum studies, will teach his final continuing education class during April. "Dinosaurs, Mammoths and Man" will meet from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Monday, April 7, and Friday, April 11, at Strecker Museum in the Sid Richardson building on campus. A rare field trip to the Waco Mammoth Site will take place Saturday, April 12.
Smith will retire from the university at the end of the spring semester and will move to property outside Pueblo, Colo.
