Before Baylor students moved into the new Brooks Village residential community on Aug. 15, members of the media took a behind-the-scenes tour of the 252,000 square feet, $42.8 million facility.

Brooks College is a traditional residential college that offers 370 students across all disciplines and classifications the opportunity to live and learn in a community that is faculty-led. Brooks Flats is a group of residential flats similar to Baylor's North Village apartment-style layout that provides 312 beds for sophomores, juniors and seniors.
