Baylor Holds Special Hours for Easter Holiday

In observance of the Easter Holidays, Baylor University will not hold classes April 6 and April 9, and most university facilities and administrative offices will be closed.

The Wiethorn Visitors Center will close at 5 p.m. Thursday, April 5, and will reopen at 8 a.m. Tuesday, April 10.

The Moody Memorial and Jesse H. Jones libraries will close Thursday at 5 p.m. and will reopen Monday, April 9, from 1 p.m. to 1 a.m. Armstrong Browning Library will be closed Friday, April 6, through Monday, April 9. All libraries will resume regular operating hours Tuesday, April 10.

The food court in the Bill Daniel Student Center will close at 2 p.m., and the first floor at 10 p.m. Thursday. The first floor will reopen at 6:30 a.m. and the food court at 7 a.m. Tuesday. The campus mailroom will maintain regular operating hours throughout the holiday weekend.

The McLane Student Life Center (SLC) will close at 8 p.m. Thursday and will remain closed through Sunday, April 8. The SLC will be open from 4 p.m. to midnight Monday, April 9.

The Baylor Bookstore will close at 5 p.m. Thursday and will resume regular hours of 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday.

Chili's Too and Starbucks in the Dutton Avenue parking garage will maintain regular hours Thursday, but will close Friday through Sunday. Both will have normal operating hours Monday, April 9.

Baylor Law School will not hold classes on Friday, but classes will be held on Monday.

The Mayborn Museum will be closed Friday through Sunday, but will reopen Monday at 10 a.m.

All residence halls will be open for the duration of the weekend.
