Baylor University Returns To Regular Hours Feb. 26

February 26, 2003

As weather conditions improve around Central Texas, Baylor University will resume regular operating hours at 8 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 26.
Classes will begin and offices will open at 8 a.m.
Much of Central Texas was blanketed with ice and sleet up to one inch thick on Feb. 25, causing Baylor to cancel classes and close business offices on Tuesday. Conditions around the campus, including streets, sidewalks and parking lots, improved overnight, and Baylor officials made the decision to return to the regular schedule.
One Tuesday event was rescheduled because of the weather. Continuing Education's "Breakfast at Baylor," originally scheduled for Feb. 25, will be held at 6:45 a.m. Tuesday, March 4, at the Hughes-Dillard Alumni Center.
