Alumni By Choice Program To Honor New Members Sept. 16

Baylor University President Dr. Robert B. Sloan Jr. will present 46 certificates to individuals being honored as "Alumni By Choice" during a breakfast at 7 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 16, in Kronzer Hall of the Hughes-Dillard Alumni Center, 1212 S. University Parks Dr.
Merrie Beckham, a member of the Alumni Association's first Alumni By Choice class, will speak at the event about life as the wife of a Baylor graduate.
The Alumni By Choice program, started in 1986, honors individuals who did not attend Baylor but who believe in Baylor and its mission. These people are nominated by friends of the university who recognize their devotion and support of Baylor.
