Baylor Students To Compete In College Bowl Regional Tourney

Baylor University students, who won a campus qualifying tournament last fall, will participate in the College Bowl Region 12 tournament with champions from other schools at the University of Houston on Feb. 18-20. College Bowl, considered "the varsity sport of the mind," is conducted by the Association of College Unions International.
The Baylor contestants are Everette Robertson, a Waco senior; Erik Chandler, a sophomore from Palm Beach, Fla.; Mathew Polk, a senior from Amarillo; David Brandon, a senior from Houston; and Ryan Moore, a senior from Aurora, Colo. Faculty advisor for the team is Dr. Eric Kyllo, lecturer in the department of classics.
The winning team from the regional competition will advance to the international tournament.
