Baylor University today received the Notice of Allegations from the NCAA regarding infractions that occurred within the men's basketball program under the former coaching staff. The University submitted a self-report of infractions to the NCAA earlier this year.
Baylor Law Professor Bill Underwood, a member of the University's Compliance Investigation Committee, said, "We are pleased to have the formal Notice, which initiates the final phase of the NCAA process. There is nothing unexpected in the Notice of Allegations. We anticipate completing this matter by appearing before the NCAA Committee on Infractions in April."
