Dr. Tony Evans To Speak At Chapel Sept. 13

Dr. Tony Evans, senior pastor of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship Church in Dallas, Texas, will speak at Chapel at 10 and 11 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 13, in Waco Hall.
Evans is the founder of The Urban Alternative, a "national organization that seeks to bring about spiritual renewal in urban America through the church." The radio broadcast "The Alternative with Dr. Tony Evans" can be heard on more than 500 radio stations in over 40 countries, as well as on numerous television stations.
After graduating from Carver Bible College, Evans became the first African-American to graduate with a doctoral degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. He has also served as chaplain for the Dallas Cowboys and is currently serving as chaplain for the Dallas Mavericks.
