Tapps Basketball Tournament Scheduled for Feb. 20-22

WACO, Texas -- Baylor University will host the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) boys' and girls' basketball tournament Thursday-Saturday,
Feb. 20-22, in the Ferrell Special Events Center.
On Thursday, games will be played throughout the day beginning at 8:15 a.m. with the final game starting at 8:30 p.m. Friday's games begin at 8:15 a.m. and will run all day with the final game starting at 5 p.m. Saturday's games will start at 2:15 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
All classes of schools will take part in the tournament. Competition will feature boys and girls teams from around the state, including Vanguard College Preparatory and Waco Christian Schools in Waco. Baylor has hosted the TAPPS tournament for several years.
Some of the games are scheduled to be played at McLennan Community College.
Tickets are priced at $5 for adults and $2 for students.
