Homecoming Singspiration Set for Friday Oct. 25

Baylor University's annual Homecoming songfest Singspiration will take place at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 25, at First Baptist Church of Waco, located at Fifth and Webster streets.
The Baylor Alumni Association sponsored event will be led again this year by Baylor alumnus Ron Bowles, minister of music at the First Baptist Church of El Paso. Musical features also include The Baylor Religious Hour Choir and the Sam Perry Band. Lydia McCall Bratcher will play the piano, and Dr. Benjamin Harlan will play the organ. The program also will include spirited congregational renditions of contemporary songs and familiar gospel hymns.
A trolley service will be available for returning alumni from 6:30 p.m. before the program to 9:15 p.m. after the program at the Clifton Robinson Tower at 700 S. University Parks Dr.
