Recruiting Expert to Speak at Interviewing Seminar

The Baylor University Career Services Center will host an Effective Interviewing Techniques seminar on Thursday, Oct. 10, 1996 in the Kayser Auditorium of the Hankamer School of Business.
Angie Herrera, staff consultant with SBC Communications Inc., formerly known as Southwestern Bell, will discuss effective interviewing techniques and strategies for campus and office interviews.
The presentation will include information on how to dress for an interview as well as how to respond to and ask appropriate questions. Students will have the opportunity to ask Herrera questions about the interviewing process and what potential employers look for in an interview.
All students are welcome and may dress casually said Carolyn Muska, assistant director of recruiting of the Career Services Center. She said the information given at the seminar will be relevant to every student once they graduate.
"This is an excellent opportunity to obtain interviewing techniques from a professional recruiter," Muska said.
