WACO, Texas (Oct. 22, 2012) - Baylor University's Executive MBA program is ranked 44th in United States-only based programs, according to the Financial Times' 2012 rankings. The program, which includes campuses in Dallas and Austin, also ranked first in Texas among Executive MBA programs for percentage salary increase for graduates.
"Our excellence continues to be evident in the Financial Times rankings. The return on investment, as determined by our students and alumni, remains very high," said Gary Carini, Ph.D., associate dean and professor of Graduate Business Programs at Baylor's Hankamer School of Business.
"We not only enable our students to be successful in their current jobs, but also equip them to position themselves for stellar careers in the years to come. Based on our intentionally small class size, we get to know the career goals of our students and work as faculty and staff to exceed their expectations. We are committed to building and investing in our world class program," Carini said.
The 21-month Dallas and Austin programs are based on a learning environment that enriches the classroom because students learn extensively from their peers as well as Baylor's tenured faculty. Students develop a strong sense of ethical considerations and a global perspective, equipping them to tackle complex business environments.
In addition to Baylor's existing EMBA program, the Dallas campus also has begun an Executive MBA Program with a concentration in healthcare. This program, designed for mid-career healthcare professionals, equips leaders to make significant contributions to their healthcare organizations.
